I feel that with this stack I can train harder for longer. There are occasions when I think I have hit my limit but then I seem to get a second wind. Seem to be able to complete more reps with higher weight. And I am 60 years of age. This stack rocks

The best stack ever , I feel and see improvements in all my body , but is not means that with first stacks you get a sharp body,,, you have keep using with a good and calculated excersize , in my experience some people get sooner than other one, so don’t be disappointed in first stacks, just keep going.

I have been working out for the past 30 years simply to maintain strength and overall fitness, with mostly weight training. Went for the ultimate stack cos wanted to bulk and keep fat gain to minimum and it does that. maybe a bit of fat gain but thats normal when bulking
